Even though I've been home nearly a week, I haven't drawn anything, since this weekend is Anime Central.

My Alsoomse cosplay is almost 100% complete. I took it for a test run today at the con and found some things that need to be fixed such as: the shirt will show my bra, so that needs to be taken in at the top seam; the shawl needs to be pinned down so it won't slip off my shoulders; my hair needs more extensions to add volume. I actually need my hair to be longer as well, but I didn't have the money for super long, thick extensions.

If I go to Wizard World Chicago in August, I'll have better hair.

Tomorrow is the Assassin's Creed gathering, so I'll have some good photos after that.

I actually saw quite a few AC cosplayers. I'm excited for the gathering!

I was thinking about making a new account for cosplay, but I was thinking, I'm not a serious artist nor cosplayer. It's all for fun and I don't really care if this account has both. Also, I'd really like to upload my progress because that's all I've done this past month.
Yes, I do have some art to upload ^_^ Eventually. It's my Secret Santa gift, but I haven't colored it. The person it was for never responded when I sent it to them saying it's not finished, so I figured they didn't like it? So I'm going to take me time in coloring it, but for now it's all sewing.

Not that anyone cares, but I probably won't be updating that much over my Winter Break. I still don't have a tablet pen (though I did order one; it should be here between the 24th and 28th, but with it being Christmas, I don't know) and a lot of drawings I want to color before uploading. Also, I want to try out a new coloring style.
But I do have one drawing I need to get finished. I joined a Secret Santa and don't want to let anyone down, so maybe my pen will come early? Christmas miracle please? I also have to get three contest prizes from a group out to people :/
The rest of my time is spent making cosplays.
I really can't sew at college, I don't have the space for all my crap. So most has to be done at home, especially since the first con of the summer is literally three days after classes end. I have three cosplays to make. Well, two. One just needs to be fixed.

Not sure if this is even going to work…but I'll give it a shot.
I'm opening up some commissions because I reaaaallllyy need money. Typical poor college student that only works four hours a week, and while it's better than nothing, it ain't cuttin' it. I barely had enough money to buy my plane ticket home for Thanksgiving and Christmas break is shortly after… I can't even think about what Christmas gifts will cost -_-

Aaaah, I guess you can guess what colors I reeeaallly like (plus purple, but I haven't done anything in that yet :3)

I promise not all my deviations will be that color scheme. I do have some a-brewing that are actually quite colorful! It'll just be awhile until I get to them. My classes are really starting to pick up, and I start my job soon, and even though I'll only be working 4/6 hours a week, that's time I won't have for drawing.
I need to focus more on studying this year compared to last. I need my GPA to go up because I need a scholarship for moneymoneymoney if I want to study abroad spring/summer 2014.

I actually had something to upload, but then I realized my scanner won't work D:
It's wireless, so y'know, I thought I'd be able to connect to me school's internet with ease since I was able to connect to mine at home...Nope! You need to connect if to the computer first. And I don't have a printer USB. That comes separately!
I'm not sure when I'll make it to the store to purchase one, so I won't be able to update for a while.
Unless I do a 100% digital drawing, which I dunno. Don't really feel like it.
But maybe I will because I want to draw.

I'm going to need quite a it of practice since I never learned out to properly color with markers hahaa. So who knows when I'll ever upload something using them. I only have skin tones anyway...Gotta start somewhere, though.

I have three more days of work, and then two weeks before I head back to college.
Ooohooho, two weeks already? Ha, just realized that... But in all honesty, packing won't take long, so I'll have a lot of time to draw.
So...there may be a lot of updates, if I can think of things to draw. If you guys want to give me some ideas, too, that'd be nice.
I only have about four ideas and that won't last two weeks!

1. It was dyed black, but because I've been spending a lot of time in the sun, it's faded to show the red it was months ago and my natural dark brown.
